Increasing easyHotel’s conversion rate by 33%
easyHotel wanted to improve the conversion rate of their website and app but had a very limited budget for design activities. Using a lean user-centred design approach, I found and worked on key opportunities and issues to maximise the outcomes achieved.

Reducing call centre contact by 56%
EE wanted to reduce the amount of users needing to contact their agents as a result of them not finding what they need online. Find out how I identified an area of focus, explored the problem space, and then came up with a solution that satisfied users.

Rolls Royce needed a product that would improve how they reviewed sensitive files. Using user-centred design principles, I created one which sped up their process by 91% whilst also improving the accuracy of their reviews.

Improving NPS by 140%
British Gas wanted more users to book repair appointments online. Using a user-centred design approach I created a journey which improved conversion and NPS while catering for over 150K users.
